Aloha, E Komo Mai (Welcome!) This is the home page and official web site for the Kula Kai View Estates Community Association. Kula Kai is a gated community with about 150 three-acre lots, located on the makai side of Highway 11, one mile west of Ocean View, on the Big Island in the state of Hawaii. The Association has Officers and Board members who meet regularly and welcome input from community members. The Secretary keeps minutes of the meeting.
