Aloha & E Komo Mai (Welcome)

This is the official web site for Kula Kai View Estates Community Association.

It should be noted that there are other web sites with the Kula Kai name and in fact some have even posted the unapproved version of our minutes.This web site was created as a tool to better provide an “official” source of information to our membership. This is done in large part by discussing the communities functions “at board level” and then when a consensus of accurate information is reached and agreed to by a majority of the board posted to this site. It is a work in progress and is hoped that it will provide a vehicle for the elected Directors and Officers to provide an interactive format in which to improve communication and information to all owners.

The subdivision is located on the South side of the Big Island of Hawaii in the district of Kau. It is a private residential area consisting of 154 three acre parcels.
