We Established a Quorum
We Approved Secretary Minutes from 2-14-09, 3-1-09, 3-28-09 Annual Meeting, 3-28-09 Don’s Minutes as Corrected, 3-31-09 and 4-17-09
Rex moved to accept the minutes and Don’s minutes as corrected. Motion passed
Treasurer’s Report
Checking Acct: $ 14,957.84 . As of 4-30-09
Savings Acct: $ 36,845.81 . As of 3-31-09
We paid Ric $2,500.00 for his container.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Discuss Purchase of Cold Patch for the roads
Hibiscus and Jacaranda need repairs. Ron called 2 companies in Hilo. Matsayama’s was $128 a ton and Glover was $118 a ton, plus approximately $600 to deliver. $1180.00 total. It would be $580.00 for 5 extra tons to fill the load.
Ron moved to have 15 tons of cold patch delivered to repair the roads in the sub-division, at a cost not to exceed $2,500.00 Motion passed
Discuss Approval of Newsletter
Larry read the newsletter and then it was passed around to see the pictures
Rex moved that the newsletter be approved and sent out. Motion passed.

Discuss Information on the CD Account
It is a Certificate of Deposit account and comes due on October 10, 2009. That is the only time that money can be added to it or taken out.
Discuss Purchase of the Container for Lot #3
Ric provided us with a Container for $2,500.00 delivered and set up.
Discuss Purchase of Sign Posts and Street Signs
Ron bought 6 posts and 6 post toppers for road signs and stop signs. He will pick up the street signs for Hibiscus Dr and Lanikai Dr on Tuesday. We also found the sign for Lauhala on the Myers property.
