KULA KAI VIEW ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Board Members: Rex Brumley, Don Coons, Ric Elhard, Donna Farris, Gary Kneeland Carol Simms
Meeting called to order by President Larry Hayes at 1:25 pm. We Established a Quorum with 89 in attendance and proxies received. Approve Secretary Minutes from 2-16-08 Rod Frost made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes and accept them as written. Motion passed. Treasurer’s Report Checking Acct: $ 15,601.15 . Bruce Bradley made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion passed Old Business Ted Stanton made a motion to recind the Board’s increase in dues and be brought to the membership for an amount they agree on. After much discussion it was determined to leave it at the $85.00. Motion passed. Ted Stanton made a motion to drop the suit against the former board members. After much discussion, Larry agreed to sign a release with the prosecutor’s office. Motion passed. Don Coons made a motion that copies of the minutes of all KKVECA meetings in either digital or hard copy format be provided to any member in good standing who so requests. All expenses to be covered by the Association. Motion passed. Page 2 Old Business (cont) Don Coons made a motion that audio recordings be made of all KKVECA meetings. All recordings will be entered into the Association records and copies provided to any member in good standing who so requests. Reasonable expenses to be paid by the person requesting. Motion passed. New Business Conduct counting of the ballots Members Chosen to count ballots Dale Addlesberger Your new Board of Directors of Kula Kai View Estates are the following: Russ Appleyard Meeting was adjourned at 4:45 pm.
