Regular Board Meeting - March 28, 2009
Held at the Ocean View Community Association directly after the Annual Meeting

Directors in attendance:
Rex Brumley
Don Coons
Donna Farris
Rod Frost
Rose Herrera
Gary Kneeland
A short meeting of the newly elected board of directors was held immediately after the Annual Meeting of the full membership held on the same date. This is as per the directive of our bylaws.
Primary business was the appointment of new officers for the coming year. Director Brumley moved that the same officers from 2008 be kept on board for the coming year with the exception of Carrol Simms to be appointed as vice chair to fill the spot vacated when Russ Appleyard was elected to a position as director of the association. Motion passed.
Don Coons moved to repeal the voting rights of officers for the coming year . Motion Passed.
The most important topic of discussion held during this brief meeting was one of cooperation. All directors attending agreed that a new and fresh effort of cooperation and participation amongst board members and officers would be the key to a successful new year for the association.
This brief meeting was adjourned twenty minutes after it began.
