The new gate code is now the only one in the keypad. The combination lock will retain the old code until 5-15-2009 and then be changed.
Ron Hawkes has spent a lot of time inspecting the roads in the subdivision. In addition to several stop sign posts that need to be replaced (which have been obtained) he has determined that we have two side roads in much need of repair. On Hibiscus there is an area about 4' X 22' . On Jacaranda there are two areas of about 8' X 13' & 12' X 23' . He has determined the best price for cold patch to do the jobs will be about $1600 delivered which could change a little due to when it is actually ordered. The truck can haul an additional amount if anyone would like to put in an apron drive or something similar on their property. The cost for an area about 2' X 20' would be around $200. If anyone is interested let us know. If no one wants to take advantage of the extra space in the truck we can use it to provide an apron for the associations lot.
It's your community people! All labor is volunteered and we can always use all the extra hands we can get. The work crew currently consists of Ron , Larry , Gary and Rex. If anyone would like to help us out to make our community a better place to live please let us know.

The new board has already been busy. We have approved up to $3,000 for a container for our lot and we are looking for the best deal now. If anyone knows of a good deal please let us know. Once we get it on site we can proceed with the new security system and the new keypad system.

The new gate light (donated by Ron Hawkes) and the security camera have been installed by a few of your board members Larry , Gary and Rex ( who donated ALL of their labor ). Thanks to Larry & Janet for the lunch ( also donated by them ).
