The container to house our new security equipment has been purchased for $2,500 from Ric Elhard who delivered it to the communities lot and used his equipment to spread some of the driveway material to facilitate the installation. The container will also serve as a base for an eventual community common area and meeting facility. Your board has been very busy this year trying to improve our community. This is yet another step in that direction.
