5-14-2009 The road repairs that the road committee identified as needing the most work have been completed. This project took the better part of three full days to complete . All labor and tools were donated by Ron Hawkes , Larry Hayes , and Rex Brumley. Johnny Waller also helped out. A special thanks to Ron Hawkes for volunteering his backhoe and to Ric Elhard for volunteering his compactor. Pictures can be seen at the road work section.

5-15-2009 All gate codes have now been changed to the new code.

6-10-2009 Someone rammed the entrance gate again, broke the actuator arm and bent the internal gearing of the motor housing. It was done sometime between 9 p.m. on Wednesday 6-10-2009 & 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning 6-11-2009. This makes the third time serious damage has been done to the gate. Anyone with information about the guilty party(s) please contact the Na alehu Police department at 808-939-2520. A reward is offered for information leading the conviction of  the gulity party(s).

6-11-2009 The Gate has been patched and is now operational again thanks to Larry and Gary.

7-2-2009 The gate security camera is now operational! Thanks to Ron , Larry , Gary and Rex for once again volunteering their time and material.

8-1-2009 The upper section of the subdivsion which has most of the roadside grass was recently mowed by Rex who donated his Equipment,Time and Fuel.

8-15-2009 We are getting more uncontrolled dogs in the subdivision. We ask that all owners please be more responsible for their problem animals ( Excessive barking, Harassing people who walk on the streets , Chasing cars, Tresspassing on others property, etc.).

9-10-2009 The gate area was trimmed by Kathlyn Richardson who donated her Equipment,Time and Fuel.

9-11-2009 We are looking for people with construction skills to help convert the associations lot to an multi purpose area to benifit all the owners. Any interested people with time to donate are asked to contact the President or other board members.

11-08-2009 The upper section of the subdivision roadside was mowed by Rex who donated his Equipment , Time and Fuel.

 11-29-2009 The gate area was trimmed by Kathlyn Richardson who donated her Equipment,Time and Fuel.

12-02-2009 The board is looking into a possible purchase of a tractor for mowing to replace the small mower we now have as it is not up to the large scale job. Prices seem to be in the $6000 range plus or minus. We would appreciate members feedback as we feel that large purchases should be first run by our owners.

12-08-2009 The gate code will be changed effective 12-31-2009 . Please contact Larry or Ron with your name & lot# for the new code.
