12-26-2009 : Rex repaired the gate. The gate did not fully close and the arm was hitting the motor case.
1-2-2010 : Rex mowed the side roads in the upper section using his own equipment ,time ,and fuel all donated to the community.
1-20-2010 : New lock was installed at the entrance gate. All codes are now set to the new code.
1-26-2010: The Annual letter has been mailed to owners with dues notice & Proxies.
2-20-2010 : The annual meeting is set for 1p.m. on 2-20-2010 at the Ocean View Community Center.
2-2-2010 : Larry installed the new refelctive gate signs. We have been having a lot of skateboarders in the subdivision.
